I've been in your shoes, I knew things had to change, I remember the exact moment, I knew enough was enough.
I was hanging washing out it, it was sunny day, with a slight breeze and I just stood there numb and thought 'there has to be more to life than this'.
Don't get me wrong from the outside I had a great life, but, on the inside, I didn't know who I was, what I liked or what I wanted out of life...if I'm honest I felt like running away and not telling anyone where I was going, however I knew running away wasn't the answer.

I was ready to peel back the layers to get to the root of the issue and heal.
I didn't know where to start and I couldn't even put into words how I truly felt or what I was looking for at the beginning.
It was debilitating. I had no purpose or direction, causing me to feel stuck, spiralling down a dark hole of procrastination, feeling overwhelmed, unsatisfied, resentful and unhappy, until......enough was enough!
Fast forward a decade and I have done the work, the courses, training and now I want to help other women that are in the same position. I know how hard it is, and I know I can help you find your way.
I want women to know who they really are, what they want from life and find happiness.
It's truly amazing when you put the work in and get the clarity you so desperate want, anything is possible.
We spend our lives looking after the kids, husband, partner, friends, family and work, while trying to keep the house running smoothly, we end up right at the back, exhausted and burned out.

I've learnt through this journey that it's all within You, but You've buried it deep to stop the hurt, pushed your own needs aside to keep everyone else happy, it just takes someone to help draw it out to find joy and happiness again.

I believe we get to a point in life were everything we have pushed down starts bubbling up beneath the surface and we have two choices.

We can push it back down stay lost, stuck, depressed and anxious

We can deal and heal from it, grow and learn and find what we truly want out of life...thrive not just survive
